Counsels for Use

1. Esterilize the menstrual cup before using it for the first time using the sterilizer box. Place the Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup inside the box with water and leave the lid open.


2. Place inside the microwave until the water boils (3 minutes).


3. Remove the sterilization box from the microwave and carefully invert until completely dry.


4. Apply Enna Moisturizing Gel with fingertips on the external genital area and menstrual cup to facilitate placement.


5. To place the menstrual cup, you need to fold it, you can use different folds - V, C or S and apply with the help of the applicator to insert the menstrual cup.
